When to leave and when to book the ride back

Tell us what you are going to, when it starts and where you are leaving from. You get the pickup time for the way there and for the way back, with event-day traffic and the walk to the pickup zone. Those are the times you enter when you book.

A cautious estimate: arrive 75 minutes before the start (gates open 1 h 30 before) and the ride back timed to leave the stands and walk out of the closed perimeter. If the event time changes, we move the booking with you at no cost.

We are a private transfer service with licensed vehicles, professional drivers and compulsory passenger insurance, operated by QUICKPICKUPS S.L. in Barcelona. We are not linked to the stadium, the club or any organiser and we do not sell tickets: buy them only through official channels.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book?

Choose the route, the date, the time and the number of people in the quote tool, see the fixed price and pay by card on the secure booking page. You receive the confirmation by email.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup on online bookings.

How long does the driver wait?

60 minutes free from the actual landing time at the airport, 30 minutes at the port and Sants, and 15 minutes at the meeting point after a match or concert.

Where do you pick us up after the match?

At a meeting point a few minutes’ walk from the stadium, on a street open to traffic, which we send you in writing before the event. See the [drop-off and pickup point](dejada).

How many people fit in one vehicle?

Up to 22 in a minibus. Larger groups travel in several vehicles at the price shown by the quote tool.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, on request when you book, as a paid extra shown before you pay.

Can you take a wheelchair?

Folding wheelchairs travel in the boot: add them as luggage. For a non-folding wheelchair, message us before you book.

Do you go to concerts on Montjuïc?

Can I contact you at night?

Yes. We answer the phone and WhatsApp 24 hours a day.

Do you sell tickets?

No. We only provide the transfer.
