Camp Nou drop-off and pickup point

On match days cars cannot drive up to the stadium. This is where a private hire vehicle can stop, and how we turn that into a meeting point you can find in the crowd.

  2. At the stadium
  3. Start
  4. Final whistle
  5. Pickup back
  6. Arrival
Example: 21:00 kick-off, starting point: Hotel in Barcelona city centre.

When to leave and when to book the ride back

Tell us what you are going to, when it starts and where you are leaving from. You get the pickup time for the way there and for the way back, with event-day traffic and the walk to the pickup zone. Those are the times you enter when you book.

A cautious estimate: arrive 75 minutes before the start (gates open 1 h 30 before) and the ride back timed to leave the stands and walk out of the closed perimeter. If the event time changes, we move the booking with you at no cost.

Where we pick you up at the end

On match days the streets next to the stadium close from about 2 hours before to 1 h 30 after the final whistle, and several streets in Les Corts are residents-only, with number-plate cameras. That is why the car does not wait at the gate: it waits in one of these three zones, depending on where you are going back to.

  1. Carrer de Menéndez Pelayo

8-12 min walk · gates on the Martí i Franquès and Dr. Marañón side

The zone the stadium access guide sets aside for dropping off and picking up passengers of vehicles with a driver, next to Zona Universitària. Our default zone.

Best for going back to the airport, Sants or uptown Barcelona.

  2. Av. Diagonal · Rambla dels Pins

10-15 min walk · gates on the Av. Joan XXIII side

The exit the stadium itself recommends. We pick you up on the Diagonal side lane, away from the closures towards Pedralbes or Francesc Macià.

Best for hotels in the Eixample, on Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia.

  3. Plaça del Centre · Numància

about 15 min walk · gates on the Travessera de les Corts side

To the east, outside the residents-only perimeter, which reaches Gran Via de Carles III.

Best for the city centre, the Gothic Quarter, El Born or the port.

  • There is no left-luggage at the stadium. If you come straight from the airport or the ship with suitcases, tell us when you book: we take you to the hotel first or suggest where to leave them.
  • Items not allowed: laptops, pushchairs, power banks and long umbrellas, according to the stadium access guide.
  • Charge your phone. The driver messages you on arrival at the zone. If your battery dies, go straight to the agreed point: the driver waits 15 minutes free from the agreed time.
  • Residents-only streets carry fines: do not ask the driver to enter Mejía Lequerica, Felipe de Paz, Arizala or Benavent; they cannot.

The way there

Where cars drop you

Private vehicles cannot reach the stadium on match days. In its mobility notices the stadium sets a drop-off and pickup area for taxis on Carrer de Menéndez Pelayo, which private hire vehicles like ours may also use to drop passengers. From there it is a short walk to the gates.

Bus routes around the stadium change from about two hours before kick-off until an hour and a half after the end, and the same happens to car traffic. If that day the area is full or closed, your driver drops you at the nearest point open to traffic and tells you the way.

The way back

Why the pickup point arrives by message

After the match, private hire vehicles can only pick up on demand and the closures change with each event. So we do not promise a gate: before the event we send you the meeting point in writing, on a street open to traffic a few minutes’ walk away, such as the Carrer de Menéndez Pelayo area, Avinguda Diagonal by Rambla dels Pins or Plaça del Centre, depending on the day.

Your driver waits 15 minutes free from the agreed time. If you are slow getting out, message us on WhatsApp: extra waiting is agreed with you first. See how the pickup after the match works.

Groups by coach

Coaches have their own area

Coaches have a separate scheme: drop-off on Carrer de Martí i Franquès, parking in the former Miniestadi area and pickup after the match on Avinguda del Doctor Gregorio Marañón, or on the mountain side of the Diagonal if needed. For groups of up to 22 people one minibus is usually simpler; see group transfers.

Frequently asked questions

Can I be dropped at my gate?

No. On match days cars do not reach the stadium. You are dropped in the area for taxis and private hire vehicles or at the nearest street open to traffic, a short walk from the gates.

Where do you pick us up after the match?

At the meeting point we send you in writing before the event, a few minutes’ walk from the stadium on a street open to traffic. It depends on the closures of that day.

Is it better than ordering a car through an app after the match?

After the match there are very few free cars and private hire vehicles can only pick up where the road is open. With a booked return you already know the point, the time and the price.

How long does the driver wait?

15 minutes free from the agreed time. Extra waiting is agreed with you on WhatsApp.

Access, road closures and calendar reviewed on 27 October 2026. The stadium is still under works and the logistics may change during the season.
