A first match is a big day for a child, and a long one. A few things are worth knowing before you go, from the pushchair that has to stay outside to the way back when everyone leaves at once.

Match clock

When to leave and when to book the ride back

Tell us what you are going to, when it starts and where you are leaving from. You get the pickup time for the way there and for the way back, with event-day traffic and the walk to the pickup zone. Those are the times you enter when you book.

A cautious estimate: arrive 75 minutes before the start (gates open 1 h 30 before) and the ride back timed to leave the stands and walk out of the closed perimeter. If the event time changes, we move the booking with you at no cost.

Inside

Pushchairs stay outside

For recent matches the stadium has not allowed pushchairs or prams, nor large bags, and there is no cloakroom. With a toddler, plan to carry them in your arms or a carrier, and leave the pushchair at the hotel. Check the ticket conditions for children, including whether they need their own ticket, through official channels.

In the car

Child seats, booked in advance

Child seats are available on request when you book: tell us the age of each child and we fit the right seat. They are a paid extra, shown before you pay. A family of five or six travels together in one minivan, with the bags if you come from the airport.

Timing

Arrive early, leave calmly

With children, aim to be at the gates as soon as they open, one and a half hours before kick-off, to avoid the last-minute queues. At the end, there is no rush: wait in your seat for the first wave to leave, then walk to the meeting point at the agreed time. The driver waits 15 minutes free and, if you need longer, you message us.

Can I take a pushchair into Camp Nou?

For recent matches pushchairs and prams were not allowed and there is no cloakroom. Leave it at the hotel.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, on request when you book, as a paid extra shown before you pay. Tell us the age of each child.

Do children count as passengers?

Yes. Every child, babies included, needs their own seat in the vehicle, so count them in the number of people you enter in the quote tool.

What if we need to leave before the end?

Message us on WhatsApp with the new time as soon as you know and we will tell you whether we can bring the pickup forward.
