When to leave and when to book the ride back

Tell us what you are going to, when it starts and where you are leaving from. You get the pickup time for the way there and for the way back, with event-day traffic and the walk to the pickup zone. Those are the times you enter when you book.

What are you going to?

Way there: book the pickup at

A cautious estimate: arrive 75 minutes before the start (gates open 1 h 30 before) and the ride back timed to leave the stands and walk out of the closed perimeter. If the event time changes, we move the booking with you at no cost.

At the stadium

No parking without a parking pass

On match days you cannot park on the stadium grounds without a season parking pass, which is valid for one vehicle. Several streets around the stadium are reserved for residents and closed to through traffic in the hours around the match, and the stadium’s own advice is to arrive on foot or by public transport.

Motorbikes have dedicated spaces: a main car park on the former university site with room for about 750 motorbikes and around 3,200 more spaces on nearby streets. For cars, the realistic options are public car parks further away, booked in advance, and a walk.

The alternative

A drop-off and a pickup instead of a parking space

With a private transfer you do not need a parking space: your driver drops you in the area for taxis and private hire vehicles and picks you up afterwards at the meeting point we send you. You do not drive in match traffic, nobody has to stay sober to drive back and you leave without queuing for a car park exit.

If you are in Barcelona by hire car, leave it at the hotel and book the transfer from there: see hotel to Camp Nou.

Groups

Coming as a group

Coaches have a separate drop-off and parking scheme on match days. For up to 22 people, one minibus with a driver avoids the coach area altogether. See the drop-off and pickup point and group transfers.

Frequently asked questions

Can you park at Camp Nou on match day?

Only with a season parking pass for the stadium grounds. Without it, you need a public car park further away, and the streets nearest the stadium are restricted.

Is there parking for motorbikes?

Yes. On match days there is a main motorbike car park on the former university site and street spaces around the stadium.

When do the traffic restrictions start?

Around the stadium, traffic and bus routes change from about two hours before kick-off until about an hour and a half after the end.

Is the transfer price fixed even with the closures?

Yes. You see it before you book and it does not change with traffic or road closures. On match days the price can be higher than on a normal day because of demand.

Access, road closures and calendar reviewed on 27 October 2026. The stadium is still under works and the logistics may change during the season.
