On match days the walk from the nearest car to the gates is the hardest part for anyone with reduced mobility. Here is what the stadium offers and how we plan the transfer around it.

When to leave and when to book the ride back

Tell us what you are going to, when it starts and where you are leaving from. You get the pickup time for the way there and for the way back, with event-day traffic and the walk to the pickup zone. Those are the times you enter when you book.

A cautious estimate: arrive 75 minutes before the start (gates open 1 h 30 before) and the ride back timed to leave the stands and walk out of the closed perimeter. If the event time changes, we move the booking with you at no cost.

Accessible gates and assistance

According to the stadium’s mobility notices, gates F (main stand) and V (south end) are for wheelchair users, people with accessible seats and their companions, and there is an assistance service for people with disabilities, reduced mobility or wheelchair users at gates Q, V and F. Check the details of your ticket and the assistance service through official channels before the match.

The transfer

As close as the closures allow

Cars cannot reach the stadium on match days, so tell us about any mobility need when you book. We plan the drop-off at the nearest point open to traffic for your gate and choose a pickup point with the shortest possible walk, and we send it to you before the event.

Folding wheelchairs, walking frames and crutches travel in the boot: add them as luggage in the quote tool. If someone in your group needs a vehicle that takes a non-folding wheelchair, message us first so we can tell you what is possible.

Which Camp Nou gates are accessible?

According to the stadium’s notices, gates F and V are for wheelchair users and people with accessible seats, with assistance at gates Q, V and F. Check your ticket.

Can you take a folding wheelchair?

Yes. Enter it as luggage in the quote tool so we send a vehicle with room for it.

Do you have vehicles for non-folding wheelchairs?

Message us before you book and we will tell you what is possible for your date. We do not promise it without checking.

Can you drop us right at the gate?

On match days no car reaches the gates. We drop you at the nearest point open to traffic and tell you the shortest way.
