When to leave and when to book the ride back

Tell us what you are going to, when it starts and where you are leaving from. You get the pickup time for the way there and for the way back, with event-day traffic and the walk to the pickup zone. Those are the times you enter when you book.

A cautious estimate: arrive 75 minutes before the start (gates open 1 h 30 before) and the ride back timed to leave the stands and walk out of the closed perimeter. If the event time changes, we move the booking with you at no cost.

How we work

One contact, every vehicle

Tell us the number of guests, where they start from and the time of the event. For one group of up to 22 people the quote tool gives you the price straight away; for larger groups or several pickup points, send us the plan on WhatsApp and we reply with a written fixed quote that covers every vehicle.

On the day, each driver knows the meeting point after the event and the group gathers there before calling. If the schedule changes, one message to us moves every vehicle.

  • Licensed vehicles, professional drivers and compulsory passenger insurance.
  • One VAT invoice in your company’s name and tax ID.
  • Name sign at the airport for guests arriving on different flights.
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup on online bookings.

Dinner, the hotel and the airport

A client evening rarely ends at the stadium. We can add a stop for dinner, take each guest to their own hotel and organise the airport transfers for the next day. For trade fairs at Fira de Barcelona, our sister site firatransfers.com handles the transfers to the venues.

Can you invoice our company?

Yes. Enter the company name and tax ID when you book and you receive a VAT invoice.

How many guests can you move?

Up to 22 people per vehicle, and several vehicles on the same schedule for larger groups.

Can guests start from different hotels?

Yes. Send us the list on WhatsApp and we prepare a fixed quote with every pickup.

Do you arrange hospitality packages or tickets?

No. We only provide the transport. Buy tickets and hospitality only through official channels.
