Before the event we send you the meeting point in writing: a street a few minutes’ walk away, open to traffic, where your driver can actually stop. Keep your phone charged to see the message when you come out.

Choose a pickup time with a margin after the expected end, plus the time it takes to leave the stadium and walk to the meeting point. Your driver waits 15 minutes free from the agreed time. If the event runs late or you take longer to get out, message us on WhatsApp: extra waiting is agreed with you, never a surprise.

Does the price change with traffic on the way out?
Yes. You see it before you book and, once booked, it does not change with traffic. On match days, public holidays and big events the price can be higher than on a normal day because of demand, so book early.
